Our Pastor

Pastor Lonnie Edwin Spence & his dear wife, Alison, & children arrived in Langley from Ontario in 1995. They began serving & ministering with a faithful congregation that gathered & served the Lord Jesus Christ actively engaged in His Great Commission. It is our hope that you will come to Victory and experience the warm caring Church that many others have.

Our History

Victory Baptist Church began in 1988 when Community Baptist Church of Abbotsford (now New Testament Baptist Church) sent their assistant Pastor, a lower mainland native, Brian Thiessen, to plant and pastor a Church in Langley.  In 1995, Rev. Thiessen moved to Ontario to minister and the leadership of Victory Baptist Church passed to our present Pastor Spence.
